What is Stress??

Stress Definition:   

stress refers to a stress with significant negative consequences. Stress produces numerous symptoms like decline in physical health and also depression.

Types of Stress:

1. PHYSICAL Stress related to intense exertion, manual labor, lack of sleep, more travel
2. Stress related to CHEMICAL effects from drugs, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and environmental pollutants such as cleaning chemicals or pesticides.
3. MENTAL Stress related to worry, anxiety, working for long hours.
4. EMOTIONAL Stress because of factors of anger, guilt, loneliness, sadness, fear
 5.NUTRITIONAL Stress related to not proper intake of diet,food that lacks vitamins and mineral
 6. RAUMATIC stress related to injuries or burns, surgery, illness, infections, extreme temperatures
 7. SYCHO-SPIRITUAL Stress because of  troubled relationships, problems related to financial and business.

1. How to handle Stress: 

For better Stress Relief Engage yourself in Reading  a good book, Watching your favourite movie related to different categories like romantic and comedy movies.
Also Engage yourself in painting or photography for Stress Relief

Enjoy yourself in day dream for 15 minutes and also Use visualisation techniques for relief from stress.
Evoke good memories from look at memory or story board. Like this one should handle the Stress.

2. Dealing with Stress: 

Sit outside and enjoy the sounds, Listen your favourite piece of music like romantic songs, Listen to some sounds, lapping water, Listen to a motivational & inspirational recording, Playing  a relaxation cd, Listen to a radio programme with your eyes closed. this is one of the one need to follow for Stress Relief or Dealing with Stress.

3. Managing Stress: 

Again one more method for Stress Relief is Singing a Song, Laughing a lot, Have a chat with someone who listens to you or with your dear ones, Chewing  a piece of sugarless gum, Use deep breathing exercises and doing Yoga for stress relief which works even better i think, Eat a piece of dark chocolate,In this way one can Manage Stress.

4. stress reduction techniques:

 include Burning of some aromatherapy oils, Enjoying the aroma of scented candles, Doing some baking - the mixture of aromas and soothing morvements,,Enjoying outdoor smells from walks in the country or near the sea, Freshly brewed tea or coffee.


5. Coping with Stress: 

Also one needs to involve in physical activity like Doing exercise,  Squeezing a stress ball, Stroke a pet - particularly cats, dogs, rabbits, Wear soft warm clothing, Bake - enjoy the soothing., repetitive movements, playing a musical instruement, Having a massage for stress relief, also Do Yoga or Pilates for stress relief in order to cope with the Stress.
